I noticed my Fitbit wasn’t synching about 2 weeks ago. I’d open the open to get it to synch my steps and sleep but it would just day Fitbit is synching and refreshing and show about 57% complete. Two days ago, the battery was low. Put it on the charger, and now it’s dead. Did the restart many many times. Got one smiley face. It does some random vibrations. Nothing on the display. Can’t tell if it’s charged. Please have a customer service person contact me.

I googled "contact Fitbit customer service" and this phone number popped up:1 (877) 623-4997.
My new Fitbit stopped syncing after approximately 6-7 weeks. Spent an hour online chatting with customer service rep. She couldn't get it to work. She basically said, "Keep watching for updates for your device and "hopefully" an update will resolve the issue." I have an iPhone 7 & an Inspire HR. Good luck!
