No sleep score graph

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my Fitbit inspire HR. I got a sleep score with a nice graph the first 2 days. It showed time in each sleep stage. Last night I had a really good night sleep and was sad to see no score and graph. Any help?

I can't figure out how to attach screenshots.

I've tried turning off sleep notifications and back on

I've tried logging off and back on.

Thanks.

@Kselander1 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing Sleep score graph and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This could be due to missing data like sleep stages. You might not get sleep stages for the following reasons:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

You can read more about sleep score here.

Let me know how it goes.

I am wearing my Fitbit correctly, and sleeping at least 8 hours.  I am getting “Sleep Quality” information, but no sleep score.  I did get a sleep score 2 nights ago, after I subscribed to “Fitbit Premium”.  If the subscription isn’t going to work, I want to cancel it, but there is no way to do that either.  Seems like a lot of people are having issues with “no sleep score”, but no answers are provided.

Mine is showing, but only in tiny format. It isn't readable as it was in the first few days. If you're collecting SUCH personal data (my entire life, basically), I would like to at least see it. It's disgraceful to hear that many people can't get answers.

This answered my question about the same problem—I’ve been using “start sleep now” because the first two nights I used my inspire 2 It showed my sleep starting 2-3 hours after I went to bed... so if we’re not supposed to use start sleep now, what’s the point in having it as an option?
