Not receiving messages on Inspire 2

I have an iPhone I receive call notifications but not text. I have gone through ALL the steps that people have posted notifications on even when locked, DND off sleep off, etc. someone please help.

I See Where Fitbit Has  Found An Issue With The "Notification And Syncing" Feature With The App On Android Phones, And They  Are Working To Fix The Problem.. I Was Worried It Was My Phone.. I Got A Notice On The App That They Were Having This Problem. Thank You For The Notice. Thanks FITBIT !!

It seems this is a common problem for some Inspire2 users. There was a
comment on the app about notifications issues with the Fitbit app. I tried
a test call and when that didn't work I hit the help and they say the
engineers are working on it. It has been this way all day. Hopefully They
get it fixed soon. Good luck.☹👍

Having the same issue. I reboot my inspire2 and it works , but it doesn't last.
