My new Inspire will not record sleep time automatically.  I have to input manually.  Any help on this???

Likewise, it does not vibrate to alert me to get  my hourly 250 or when there is a message or wakeup notice.  Any help on this??

Hi @Boydton, nice to see you on the Community Forums! 😀

Thanks for reporting the issues that you're having with your Inspire HR. This is not a normal behavior. It might be that your Inspire is having issues on the hardware point, since any of those features are working. I'd suggest to restart it with these steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

It should help your Fitbit to track again your sleep. Please also read this information about possible reasons on why in some cases users don't get sleep information the next day.

Let me know how it goes.

I have both the same problems so I  tried restarting my Fitbit as you said.  It was more like 8 seconds before it restarted and I got the smile, but I  never got the vibration.  Don't know if it's fixed the sleep problem.  I'll find out tomorrow morning (I'm in Australia).

I've restarted the my Inspire 3 times so far and it hasn't started recording my sleep yet. Besides restarting is there anything else I can try. With my old Alta everything was just automatic.
