I got my order canceled by Fitbit and they told me I'd get a refund in a matter of 5-7 working days but it's been almost a month and no one from Fitbit is answering my email about the follow up. And now the Live Chat page doesn't seem to exist. This customer service is absolutely not satisfying and all I need is Fitbit to respond to me.

 

Any clue how else I can contact them?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
