Relinking to Fitdigits

My Fitdigits app wasn't pulling data from/synching with Fitbit, and I was told to unlink it from the Fitbit settings and then relink. I don't see any option to add permission or relink the app. It doesn't work if I just try to relink it from the Fitdigits app. Any ideas?

Let me help you with your linking your Fitdigits app with your Fitbit app. The steps you described are the ones we suggest and the linking process should be started from the other app. If this hasn't worked for you then reach out to Fibdigits Support to see if they have any additional suggestions or to see if they are aware of this issue. The integration is handled by the third party so they should work on fixing any issues with it. One thing that I could add is that you can try logging out from both apps, restart your phone and log back in and retry relinking them to discard an issue with your phone.
