Reminders to move toggle turns off by itself

When I slide the reminders to move to ‘on’ it turns itself off whenever the Fitbit Syncs itself again. Any ideas? I have restarted the Fitbit, made sure my Fitbit notifications are on and I’ve ensured my Fitbit is receiving notifications from the Fitbit app too.

@Laurenlewis welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here @Portwenn! In addition to the troubleshooting steps that you have tried and the restart process that shared my friend @NellyG, I appreciate your time for doing this.

If the reminders to move toggle is still turning off by itself, please make sure that your phones have the most updated Fitbit app installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app restart your phones, open the app again and log in. Finally, turn on the reminders to move option and see if the issue gets fixed.

This issue started occurring with my Charge5 after the latest SW update. 
made sure the app is updated. Logged out, restarted phone, logged back in and still reminders to move toggles itself to disabled once I sync. 
What can I do? This is a key feature for me

I followed the instructions of @JuanJoFitbit  but my Reminders to Move is still turning off by itself! I have a Charge 3.

I’m having this issue! Only had my sense 2 for a few months and i was loving the constant updates it was providing and the reminders to move but recently it’s just not been notifying me, I’ve done all of the suggestions from above but when I sync my device it flicks between disabled and on.
