If I am going on a proper walk, as opposed to walking tround the shops, I try and use the walk recorder so that later I can see where I went. However most of the time it seems to show completely imaginary walks, even if somehow it has recorded the steps taken during it. Sometimes the map shows the walk ending at a completely different place, at other times it just shows a straight line out and back, ignoring and turns that have been made on the walk. What is going on here?

@Allington The Inspire 2 has connected GPS, so it is using the GPS on your phone. Please review this Help article and make sure you haven't missed a phone setting. It's also important to make sure you aren't in a power saving mode on your phone.

Thanks for replying. The phone does have location permanently allowed and the GPS must be engaged or it would show nothing at all rather than an incorrect routing. The power save was on, so I will try without it and see what happens.
