I have been walking the same route for over a month now. My friend has a garmin and I have been using her information to track the walks until I got my own fitness tracker, the Fitbit Inspire HR. From the beginning, the fitbit and garmin have been different, but not enough to bother me. For example, after an approximate 4 mile walk, the garmin reports the mileage at about 4.15 miles, while my fitbit tends to report 4.06 miles. After less than 2 weeks of use, my fitbit has reported this exact same route as 3.88 and now 3.61. Also, the red route line on the fitbit app now looks as if a child drew it, instead of the smooth computer-generated route line before. My mobile syncing device is a Samsung Note 10+. Would love to post the screen shots, but can't figure out how.

Hi @NValdez, nice to see you around. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to see that you already have your new Fitbit Inspire HR.
Thanks for sharing the details about the different numbers that you're getting from your Inspire HR while doing the same route. You've done a great job comparing your new and old stats. This is not a normal behavior, so you can check the steps suggested here. And you can follow the these instructions to upload images to your post. I'll be happy to keep assisting you with this.
I'll be waiting for your reply.
