Setting bedtime and wake up time on Fitbit Inspire

When I try to set my bedtime and wake up time on my Fitbit Inspire I don't have the option to save it. The only two options are Remove and Cancel.  Very frustrating if Fitbit can't be used like it claims.

Android phone app, not Inspire but think phone app is the same:

I have options, Remove, Cancel, OK.  Do you not have the OK option?  I change time on the clock and click OK and it seems to be saved.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have same issue and tried troubleshooting this too.  I checked to make sure I have latest software, which I do, still have not solved this.  Any resolution?

Thanks RhondaR67 for opening this thread. I thought there was something really obvious in the app's navigation that I wasn't seeing. Whatever it is, it's good to know it's not just me!

There is no "ÖK" option.

I've managed to solve the problem. It's a font size issue. 

 

You gotta reduce the default font size on your phone's display settings. Once you do that the 'ok' button will show correctly.
