Silent Alarms not working properly for months

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Update 10/26: I have just tweeted this to the Fitbit Support account on Twitter.  Hopefully that will get a response.

My silent alarms for inspire 2 used to work properly but now there are duplicate ‘ghost’ alarms that show up and cannot be deleted.  I started with one ghost alarm and now I have 3. Although the alarms don’t do anything (or don’t go off at those times) they limit the number of alarms I can set.

Also, when I add an alarm, the synching just spins and you are never able to use the toggle to turn the alarms on and off anymore.

I’ve tried synching and updating my app.  Nothing has worked.  Please acknowledge and fix this bug.  I’ve seen threads with the same issue, posted as early as March 2022.  The solutions given do not work for everyone, so this is a bigger issue.

I’m having the same problem and my silent alarm stopped working a few nights ago.

Same here. Very frustrated as I use these every day. Now, just duplicates that can’t be turned on or deleted.

This is an issue for me as well and it’s affecting me at my job because I set the silent alarms for my breaks and going home. I’ve been missing breaks and these “ghost” alarms are hogging up all the room.

there seem to be a bug across multiple devices on latest versions of the app and how it interacts with the server...

I am having the same problem. I tried restarting my tracker, deleting all alarms and making new ones, and deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked.

Yes, same for me. My alarms - which have been active for months - no longer sync. Phone notifications are also long a thing of the past.
