Sleep score isn’t showing up. It’s tracking the length of time I’m sleeping. It’s tracked my score before but it doesn’t work consistently. How do I fix this?

You need to turn on your heart rate in settings

I think my heart rate settings are default and havent touched a thing since I bought it. Where to access this setting, need instructions just in case. Thanks

You have to scroll up until you get to settings. That's how it is on my Fit bit Inspire Hr.

I had the same issue and finally found the answer in Fitbit help but isn’t intuitive. Sleep score and analysis will NOT be generated if you use the BEGIN SLEEP NOW.

I tried that trick too! Didn’t work for me 😕

I have the premium. I just got the sleep score for the first day and afterward every day I have the sleep record but without any sleep score. It’s quite wired! I am new to Fitbit and so far it’s been all frustration 😕

Hi there, my sleep score has worked without fail for months. But last night it didn't.
My heart rate was recorded, but no sleep score. I tried the simple stuff - uninstalling, reinstalling, resynching. Did not work.

I have the exact same problem. My sleep score and sleep stages only worked on the first night. I only received my sleep pattern for every subsequent night. I am trying OVYY222's fix, but when I delete a previous night to get my score and stages, it does not delete the log information, even though It shows it has been deleted. I cannot manually enter the information because it tells me the log already exists. This is very frustrating. I have spent way too much time trying to get it to work properly. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have the Versa 2 and even mine isn’t always consistent. I would say 70% of the time I’ll get a sleep score otherwise just the pattern.

Yes thank you - that is when my sleep score disappeared!

Thanks for this info CaptKurt this seems to be the only post with something to at least try and that make some sort of logical sense (if there is such a thing). I've set my sleep setting to sensitive and shall see how it goes. Most nights I get a sleep score and the data that comes along with it. But have missed a few nights including last night. First time in the fitbit game here I bought a Charge 4 a few weeks ago for the most part enjoying it but indeed it leaves a "bit" to be desired at times. I did change hand to dominant a few days ago even though I wear it on my non dominant hand in hopes it would give less "free" steps so I will see how this sleep setting to sensitive works even though I left it on dominant hand. Cheers.

Was wondering if you go into the app and manually tell it you’re going to sleep or if you just go to sleep. I noticed when I manually tell it I am going to sleep I don’t always get a sleep score but lately I have been forgetting to put it in and it registers anyway and I always get a sleep score now.

Hi YogaSUP - regarding your question "My score shows in my iPhone but not watch. Any solutions to fix it?" (I was wondering if that was an option as well) I've done a good bit of research and come to the conclusion it does not show the sleep score in any of the fitbit devices, only the app and the online web console. Although I am confident in the info I've been able to find on this, I do think it's fair for you to know I'm fairly new to the fitbit game so take it with a grain of salt as they say. Maybe some other more experienced member or moderator will chime in and prove me wrong. Here's to hoping so! Cheers, Tommy
