My Fitbit inspire HR device always shows sleep start time delayed by 1 or 2 hours, for example: I went to bed at 12:00 in night and I fell asleep within few minutes but according to my Fitbit app sleep started at 01:30 , I have this problem since I have bought this device 1 week back, please help if similar problem exist for any other? Is there any solution to this problem ? Should I change my device ?

@Hegdeshr Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your sleep start time detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
