Fitbit has been working fine but overnight my sleep score didn’t display even though the hours were shown. This has happened at the same time for my husband too. He has a charge3 Fitbit. We have tried all the usual - logging out, restarting, checking for updates etc. Any other ideas please?

Hi everyone!
I'm glad to announce that this issue has been resolved, please double check your Fitbit app and in the graphs where you received sleep stages you should get the sleep score too.

This has happened to me and my husband overnight too. Just hours recorded. No score or sleep stages. The app seems fine apart from this.
Suggestions are that the device is worn too loose, that sleep wasn't long enough and sleeping in a different position to normal. None of these apply to us.
We both have Charge3 devices.
This has to be a fault that isn't the devices as it's happening to multiple users on the same night.
I hope they fix it soon.

Same. I also saw that issues could be caused by lack of consistent heart rate monitoring, but on the HR screen looked perfectly fine as well. I actually slept rather well, as far as sleep stages were concerned so I was curious what my score would be.

I can confirm this also happened last night to my husband and I, just as you’ve described. The only thing I haven’t tried is reinstalling the app. The explanation you’ve been given imo don’t make sense because how could the same issue happen to to different users living under the same roof on the same night?

Happened to me too! I just noticed I haven't gotten a sleep score in the last 3 days even! It is displaying my HR on the actual device, and it shows my HR being consistently tracked when looking at resting HR in the app. And just now, I did a meditation, and it said it could not track my HR even though it has been tracking it. Sounds to me like there is a glitch across the board right now. Hopefully they fix it soon!

Interesting. I hadn’t used the meditation feature, so just tried it. Same as you, no HR info captured during session but it’s clearly showing on my device and on the app’s dashboard HR info.

I just went to another support post https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Inspire-Inspire-HR/No-current-Heart-Rate-showing/m-p/4550850#M37948, and I noticed that if I clicked on resting heart rate in the app, it was showing current and historical HR on the chart, but on the main screen it usually shows your HR in real time, and the little heart icon beats, and that wasn't happening. So, in that post, someone said that they contacted support was told to reboot the actual device. If you keep swiping down on the screen (to scroll up), eventually you will get to "settings." Then swipe up (to scroll down) to "Reboot Device." Also make sure "Heart Rate" is ON under settings. I did this, it took a second for my HR to start showing on the device again, and now my resting heart rate is in real time on the app, and the HR information updated for my meditation session. I don't think sleep can be re-evaluated, so we will see if this fixes it for tonight!

My sleep score and HR on Mindfulness are both working properly again without my having to do anything like rebooting. I don’t think it was our devices; it was a software issue that Fitbit fixed from their end. My husband’s sleep score is showing correctly again also.

Hmmm, my sleep scores are still missing from the last 3 days. So maybe something else is going on with mine.

Hi Silvia,
Mine was fixed yesterday, with the missing historical sleep scores showing again. However, this morning, it once again said it could not detect my HR, even though when I look at the HR chart, there are values. I also did a meditation today, and when I completed, it said it couldn't read my HR. When I closed out and went back into it under my journey, it was actually there. Is this continuing to happen to others now? Thanks!

Mine has not worked since late August. I do not get sleep scores or stages.....just hours. It tells me it can't detect my heart rate. Well it did for the previous 8 months and nothing has changed. I have tried everything that has been suggested and nothing works. I'm so frustrated.

Nope not a fix for me, since October 16, I’ve only been getting simplified graphs whereas I used to always get detailed graphs, additionally I’ve not had any sleep score since October 16. I’ve tried the restart for my Fitbit Inspire HR, I’ve tried manually synching, my Fitbit is exactly where it has always been on my wrist, and I always get 7 to 7 1/2 hours of sleep every night, so that’s not the issue as far as not a long enough sleep period to record, or my Fitbit is not on right or too loose. I’ve been wearing this Fitbit for a year and a half, I had this same issue during the summer, tried all the fixes I mentioned above then which didn’t fix anything, it finally went back to detailed sleep graphs and a sleep score.

My Fitibit did not register my sleep for the nights of Oct 29 and 30. I've tried logging out and back in, turning bluetooth off and back on. I'm still not getting my sleep stats.
