Yesterday my app showed I had gone to sleep much earlier than I had. It showed sleep stages as usual. Because the total sleep time was way out (I'd gone to bed 1.5 hrs later than it said) I decided to edit the start time. The end time was also slightly out so I changed that too. Now the sleep stages are not showing and the amount of time asleep has reduced to way below what I think. It was originally 7.5 hrs so I think it should be at least 6 but its 4.5 hrs.
Is there a way to edit sleep and not lose the stages? Can I recover the data which seems to have been lost?

Let me help you with your missing sleep stages. Currently there is no way to retrieve the data from a modified/edited sleep log. Still you could try editing again to the original values to see if the data shows again but I can't guarantee this will help.
