The App doesn’t show my sleep score

Hi guys,

The fitbit app tracks my sleep and shows me the sleep cycles but not the SCORE. I checked the settings and the ‘receive sleep score’ setting is ON. Can anyone help?

Just got my new Fitbit Inspire HR a few days ago. First night got a sleep score and the following two nights I didn’t. This morning I went back to those two days and deleted my sleep log from the app and then went back and added in the sleep time and bam.. two new sleep scores! So who knows? But at least there is a work-around. Hope that helps!

Yesterday was working great. Today not graphing correctly or listing sleep score.

Same. I just bought the Versa 2. I got a sleep score and the full contingent of sleep info for two nights then no score on the third. I had hoped to use the fitbit in a genuine effort to understand and improve my sleep, but without consistent data all i really have is a glorified stop-watch.  I will have to search for alternatives that can provide me with consistent data.

Further, it doesn't seem fitbit is actually doing anyting to correct this problem. So, as a new user, I have to say I am unimpressed and VERY disappointed.

Having same issue. The app showed sleep score for the first two days and mother after that. I don’t see an option on my Fitbit to turn it on and off.

Try turning your Fitbit around on your wrist so the back of the device is on the inside of your wrist while you sleep.

fitbit doesn't appear to be monitoring sleep for  5 days or so.  It seems To be a problem for others as well. Will the problem be fixed soon?

I'm experiencing the same issue (although I received my Inspire HR just yesterday).

I’m trying to cancel the free trial premium for sleep score too... and can’t find a way to do it.

Fitbit was not recording detailed sleep scores a few weeks ago, then it worked for a couple of weeks and now the fitbit doesnt record sleep for the past 2-3 nights.

what is going on with fitbit?? Why cant this be properly fixed.  Getting tired of it.

Same problem on my Inspire HR. Misses several nights. I want sleep score every night. That is what I paid for and that is my expectation.

Thanks mate! That worked, but how strange that we have to do this.

Maybe i’ll let it auto recognise sleep instead of clocking on the begin sleep now button.

I have the same problem. New Fitbit 3, first week showed the sleep score every day but now the second week nothing. I haven’t changed any settings - all I’ve done is charge the phone?

Hello,

I don't know if you tried this before but I had the same issue and then realised that I only get a sleep score when I let my Inspire HR auto-detect my sleep i.e. don't manually log your sleep. Ever since I stopped logging my sleep, I get a sleep score every night and my sleep time is always accurate.

Hope this helps! 🙂

Hi

Thank you for your suggestion but i don’t log my sleep so I don’t think it’s that I’m afraid. I spoke to a friend and she suggested tightening the wristband at night so I’m going to try that. 🙏💤

If you sleep too little or too broken (actually wake up for an hour through your sleep time) it may not record a sleep score. It needs a minimum of 6 hours it seems, to give you a score.
That’s the way mine seems to work anyway.
(Maybe adjust your sleep GOAL to aprox 6 or 8 hours.)
It’s rating is related to your goal too.

Best wishes,

I have done everything listed in this thread. I don’t tell it when I’m going to sleep. I am not talking about nights when there are gaps in sleep. It absolutely is not working. As I said before, it is a very expensive pedometer. Not worth the price.
