Timer app doesn't appear on your watch face

I went to go see how to use the timer and stop watch features. It says to click the timer app on the watch face. I scroll down and the timer app not there. I try to click on every app and nothing. I looked at videos on YouTube and I don't have the timer symbol when I scroll down at all. It says the timer app installed on the Fitbit app... What am I doing wrong?

Try scrolling up instead of down (swiping down),

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I restarted but I still don’t see it. I am trying to figure out how to see what alarm is set on the device face. This is a brand new tracker - is there something I need to set up?
