My fitbit Inspire HR wjen i go to start my watch by selecting run or bike i click connect nothing is happening. Had stop auto tracking. The only thing that works is treadmill. This started thursday. Is there anything i can do. Have contacted support via twitter and facebook since then nobody has got back to me. Only had this watch since march this year. Can anyone help me.

Hi @Zoe911 - Well, the good news is that you are well within the warranty period, so if there is an issue with your device, Fitbit will take care of it. I do suggest that you try to restart your Inspire. See the link below for instructions to do that:

Hi i have tried that a couple of times and still nothing. I have also emailed fitbit support.
