I just tried this. It didn't work for me. Tile shows on in my list of apps on my Fitbit phone app, but it won't show up on my tracker. Why?

Hi there, @lhglenn.
I've moved your post to this new thread since you seem to have a different issue. Thanks for the details provided and just to confirm, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? What tiles are the ones not appearing on your device? Also, are your details syncing correctly?
In the meantime, let's give a try to the following steps:

Hello @lhglenn
I hope I understand your issue correctly. I apologize if I’m wrong in my interpretation) I think (gathering what I think is going on) that you are seeing stats on your Fitbit App but those same stats are not showing on your Fitbit. If this is indeed correct it sounds like a syncing issue. The stats on both the Fitbit App and the Fitbit tracker should be the same especially when recently synced with your mobile device. Look to see if your Fitbit tracker is set as connected to your Bluetooth mobile device. Try turning your Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth back on again. If the problem persist then try restarting your Fitbit Tracker. Look here to see how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
😉 Please let me know if this does resolve the issue. If I did misunderstand your issue could you please provide more details

I did both of those things. It didn't work. Sorry.

@lhglenn Can you tell me which Fitbit Tracker you have? Also can you describe in a bit more detail on what is missing from your Fitbit tracker? This will help narrowing the issue down

I have the Inspire 2. I see the tile app on my phone but I don't see it it on the tracker itself. I have tried turning Bluetooth off on my phone and then turning it back on again. I've done that a number or times. I've also tried restarting my Fitbit tracker several times. Still no Tile showing up on the tracker itself, but it is there when I open the Fitbit app on my phone.

Hello @lhglenn
Gosh @lhglenn I apologize for not fully understanding your original post. I have read then read your post many times until I finally realized you didn’t mean tiles like weight tile, sleep tile, etc that appears on the Today page of the Fitbit App. What you are saying is that you have the “Tile App” on your list of apps either download or available for download on your Fitbit App.
Look her to see how to activate Tile, how Tile works on your inspire 2, the required setting needed on your mobile device to use Tile:https: https://tileteam.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500002374602-Tile-Fitbit
😃 Please let me know if this indeed provides you with the best answer for your question. I apologize again for not fully understanding initially.

I have followed all the steps as iinstructed, but when I get here, I have a problem:
6. Tap the + sign at the upper left corner of the screen.
7. Under Activate a Tile Enabled Device, select Fitbit.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions.
It says in the instructions, "On yuor Fitbit Inspire 2 screen, swipe down to scroll thru the apps to Find With Tile. Tap the icon. That icon never comes up on my screen, so when I go to Next and it says "looking for your Fitbit Inspire2. It may take up to 10 seconds," it never finds it.
Okay, what do I try next.

Hello again @lhglenn
You must not have the Tile App enabled on your Fitbit App. Let’s check. Open your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then tap Inspire 2. Now tap Gallery. Scroll to the bottom to see all your apps you have. Do you see Tile? Make sure it’s download. If you don’t see Tile go back to the top of the page and tap on the magnifying glass then type Tile in the search bar. Locate Tile and download it.
😉 Let me know if you find it

I did exactly what you said, and when I scrolled to the bottom of the gallery where the apps are, I did see Tile. But I can't connect. ??????

If you're unable to activate, restart both your Fitbit Inspire 2 and your phone before trying again. You can restart your Fitbit Inspire 2 by going into Settings > Reboot Device.

Hi there, @lhglenn. @SunsetRunner Thanks for your continued help!
@lhglenn Thanks for clarifying that you were referring to the Tile app, and I've moved your posts to the Inspire 2 board so you can receive more related responses about this situation. I also appreciate your efforts in trying the suggestions shared in this thread and please give a try to the other steps shared by @SunsetRunner.

@lhglenn I’m assuming when you said you found it that you found it in the Fitbit App and it’s now showing as a active app as well as on your device? Did you activate it as described here: https://tileteam.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500002374602-Tile-Fitbit
If you're unable to activate, restart both your Fitbit Inspire 2 and your phone before trying again. You can restart your Fitbit Inspire 2 by going into Settings > Reboot Device.

When I tap the +sign, nothing happens. My tracker is never found.

Hello again @lhglenn
If you're unable to activate did you try to restart both your Fitbit Inspire 2 and your phone before trying again. You can restart your Fitbit Inspire 2 by going into Settings > Reboot Device.

Hi, did you manage to sort this? I’m having the same issue. Tile is showing on my phone app but the icon isn’t on my tracker and the tile app can’t connect. I’ve tried everything in these suggestions. Did you work it out?

Same question here. Like lhglenn and ClaireC123, I've followed all the instructions, have Tile App installed on both my phone and Inspire 2, did numerous restarts of phone and fitbit, but still can't get the Tile app to sync with my tracker.
Anyone with an Inspire 2 that has managed to do this successfully?

I'm having the exact same issue. Tile is installed on my fitbit (I checked under the device Gallery). Fitbit is connected via blue tooth but the Tile app can't find it. The tile app has bluetooth enabled. This is a brand new device...charged and working fine. I tried all the above steps and still can't get tile app to see my fitbit. Any more guidance to get this working?
