I’ve been tracking what I eat in the app for a few days now. Overall, I’m happy with it. Though, when I expand my nutrients to see what some of my micronutrients and vitamin levels are, all except the Vitamin D seems to be tracked. I know I’m getting Vitamin D as I log my daily vitamins.
Is this a bug in the app? Or, is this a fairly new feature that hasn’t been completed? Has anyone else noticed this as well?

Yes, my vitamin d is always at 0% and every supplement listing I see for vitamin d also has 0%. It is driving me crazy!

Same thing here. I'm working with Fitbit Support on this issue. They are going through troubleshooting steps with me. Thanks for posting this - it helps them understand that it isn't a single user's issue.

Any update. Seems to still be an issue. I always see 0% for Vitamin D on my Ionic.

I have a Charge 4 and Vitamin D doesn’t track for me, either. Would love to hear from Fitbit in regard to status of a fix.

Same issue. Any time I put Vitamin D supplements in, it doesn’t count. Or Vitamin D milk. And it doesn’t recognize Vitamin D in anything else I eat either and I’m trying really hard to work on not being deficient in anything because of constant health issues, including headaches.

I called them and complained about the issue. They sent an email back explaining how to track food which was useless. I now have a case number 38921296. Hopefully they will respond.

I’m also noticing this issue. I take a multivitamin that the app recognizes, however, no nutrients are being reported for it. On other food items, micronutrients are reported in the app except vitamin D which always shows zero %. The salmon I eat, at least, should log in vitamin D. It seems this nutrient feature may be completely unreliable? Though, I wonder if there is a way to manually add in the missing nutrients.

I also have this issue and I know I'm getting at least 100% due to my daily vitamins. I came to see if anyone else is having the problem and clearly people are. All of my other vitamins besides vitamin D are tracking correctly. I have a Fibit Charge 4, and this is just a tracking issue on the app. Hopefully, it gets figured out soon!

Thank you for the ticket number, I called and complained and linked our complaints together so hopefully, they understand that this needs to be solved. I think it is a coding problem on their end of the app, which may take a while to solve, but they said that they didn't have any complaints about the issue, which we all know is not true.

Looks like tracking Vitamin D on FitBit has been an issue for quite awhile. Bummer! I noticed the same issue — and that there isn’t a place to input D for “custom” foods. Since Vitamin D is listed in totals — with “-“next to it that, it may have worked at one point (I don’t recall this ever working) or that this FitBit “project” or “idea” was started but not successfully completed.
Any further updates on Vitamin D tracking on FitBit?

I don't know, and I never liked to track my vitamin intake through an application. It seems fake and not very useful. I choose to buy different vitamins and keep track of the number of vitamins I drink. I went to the doctor, and I know the required amount of vitamins per day. It's much more straightforward and safer. This way, you will see that you will have neither surplus nor minus vitamins. I have practically any vitamins that I drink daily. And when I eat a fruit or vegetable, the number of pills decreases. Everything is simple. I recommend it.
