Won’t track sleep

I have restarted it tighten band and still not recording any info on sleep.   Anyone know why?

@Sassymag Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I would like you to try the following this troubleshooting as a whole, even though you've tried restarting it before. 

 

- Sync your Inspire HR 

- Change your sleep sensitivity to Normal

- Try sleeping with your device on your non-dominant hand

- Restart your tracker
