Hi @Kathy1113 do you have your phone set to automatic time? I have an Alta HR and Android and it worked out fine for me. You try syncing a few times or logging in and out?
Best AnswerMy phone is set to automatic time. I uninstalled the Fitbit app and re-installed. That helped the timing. But I lost all my steps for that day except the steps prior to the re-install. I'll call Fitbit tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
I'm having the same problem...I've tried syncing--everything else updates but the time--and I've tried holding the button down to restart but it doesn't shut off, nothing happens. So do I have to spend the next eight months remembering to add an hour?
