how to interpret the stats under personal profile with Inspire HR device

I have had my Inspire HR fitbit for over a year now.  I don't normally check my 'personal profile status' frequently enough to notice any strange or abnormal numbers.
However - I hope someone can help me with the following observations:-
1 - today is June24, 2021, from my personal profile, my best Achievement Stats showed as - 11,476 on Dec 26, 2019 with my daily average steps of 16,146.  I'm sure I have done more than 20,000 steps a day MANY times since 2019 Dec.  to get these daily average steps.
(eg: I had done 28,307 steps on March22, 2021) and yet my best Achievement Stats showed 11,476, even lower than average ... How could this happen ?
2 - I was recently awarded the Minions: Kevin (22,222 steps in a day), twice. However, when I check back my last year's daily records, I have done more than 22,222 steps in a day MANY times (eg: in 2021 alone - June 17-22,579 steps, June 15-23,595. June 11-22,885. June 07-22,460. June 04 - 24237, just to name a few...)
Again - how could this happen ?? AND - If I was awarded with this Minions: Kevin of 22,222, how could my 'Best' still read 11,476 ??? I'm just so confused with those stats.
Please help me to read or understand those stats .... thanks for all your help on this matter.

Regarding the Kevin badge, you might have gotten it now, as the Minion Badges were just integrated to Fitbit recently.
