After updating my iPhone 6s+ to iOs 13 and updating my Versa I am now getting Active Call Notifications, meaning when I initiate a phone call I get a notification that there is an active call. I have not been able to find anything anywhere on how to turn this feature off. I still want the incoming call notifications to come through so turning off calls all together doesn't help me. Is anyone else receiving these notifications? And if so, has anyone found a way to turn them off?
@LiWright2312 iOS13 update has messed up a lot of notification features due to changes introduced by Apple around bluetooth. Fitbit is aware of this and working on the solution. This will be addressed with the fitbit mobile app update. For now you can try, unpairing and repairing your tracker in the bluetooth settings, but if that's the only issue you're experiencing now, I would not risk it.
I agree!
I also find this annoying.
and today I found out that when I press delete under the message on my Fitbit the call is actually disconnected.
I tried the fix suggest by the pink banner link above. I viewed the thread and followed the instructions, but it did not resolve the problem. Based on what I read above, this is a broader issue where those upgrading to iOS13 apparently have widespread problems with notifications. Makes me wonder if this was not intentional move by Apple to hobble the competition since Apple is trying to sell their Apple watch which is a competitive product to Fitbit.

I totally agree, that's what I have been wondering too. But then who is
going to pay for me to purchase an Apple watch, when i purchased the fitbit
for these reasons.

Best AnswerI hope the next update will fix it, because I switched off all my other notifications for a reason. I know when I'm on an active call. Because I would've dialed or picked up and I'll usually have my phone in my hand to remind me in case I forgot. What I don't know, is when I have incoming calls. And that's why I have a Fitbit, to vibrate when I do.
