Hello, 

 

I keep getting information on my Samsung S9+ screen that Connected GPS is running. 

I have Fitbit Versa 2.

App Version - 3.10.1

Versa firmware Version - 35.68.9.15

Android 9 

I tried to turn of and on location on my phone, turn of and on Versa, reset Versa and it is not working. 

 

Could you please help with this?

@Zoru Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Your Versa 2 will use connected GPS only if you're tracking an activity. I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. After this, please log back in and check that you don't receive this message anymore. 

 

If you're still receiving this message, please provide me with a screenshot.
