Audio issue

I believe that I set up everything properly but there is just no sound. I turned audio feedback on under settings and turned up volume to the maximum, yet the audio indicator icon is still a speaker icon with a cross when I swiped back even as I just unmuted, and no sound. So far I didn’t work this out.

Hi @Changwei - it could be a phone issue rather than the watch, make sure there is volume on the phone. What sound are you trying to obtain, Music or calls? Music doesn't play through the watch speaker.

Hi, thank you for your quick response. When using Alexa and answering phone calls, the watch responses in silence ,but the microphone works. The speaker worked for a few times until it was reset, but now it doesn't work anymore even though I rebooted it for a several times.

@Changwei  - it could be the audio for the call is diverted elsewhere, 

Try taking Alexa out if the equation. Take a regular call on the phone, without any attached speakers or headphones,, then answer the call on the watch and turn up the volume.
