Battery draining fast on Versa

Hi,

When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

As far as I know there is no fix to it you have to send it back to Fitbit and they will send you a replacement not sure if that will work either. There are a lot of complaints on versa battery draining

Yes, complaints even after the replacement.  Fitbit's reputation has been severely damaged.  they should remove the Versa from the market, do a recall for those who have it and find a permanent solution before re-marketing.

Just had same problem last Friday and used their return label to ship it to headquarter in SF. Hope I will get a replacement asap. Still couldn't believe it only last for 4 months.

I’m planning to send mine back this Saturday! I had few of old fitbits that I gave away and I hate sending it back because I’m part of several challenges and I will miss them. Also I have seen people respond saying the replacement is as bad!!😞

I’m in several challenges as well and that’s part of the reason I chose Fitbit. With all the problems I’ve had, this will probably be my last one.

Wow I just figured out how to reply to these lol. I have loved every other
Fitbit that I've had before until this one. On a replacement one now and
think this one is going to poop out too. Thanks to this product I will not
own another Fitbit. Good luck to everyone who has one. You would think they
would pull it improve them!

Replacement if possible. They're too expensive just to say oh well! 😊

My replacement has been perfect, but I have seen comments that had not been the case for everyone.

Got too big for their britches my mother would say. I think they will be
losing a lot of customers over the Versa.

For a replacement. I purchased it in December so it is still under warranty.
I bought my son-in-law one at the same time and he is having battery issues.
