Battery life, Wi-Fi connection and update issues

Hi

my versa has really bad batterylife, i have Done everything to higher the batterylife but No succes. I can’t even connect to Wi-Fi and update my Watch. What to do?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa battery is draining faster than expected and you can't even connect to Wi-Fi and update your watch. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
