Bitmoji: Versa not syncing anymore

I love the bitmoji clock face but ever since I downloaded it my Versa wont sync to my phone or my computer.  So I have no data in my app.  I factory reset the watch and it took six hours to get it to my app but it still wont sync. It synced once yesterday but never again.  Both my phone and computer are saying tracker isnt found.  I am scared to factory reset it again because I will never be able to use the watch to track steps and calorie burn from workouts.  So I have been manually entering workouts into the app for the past two days...

 

I am getting a replacement sent to me but I am wondering is it connected to the bitmoji clock face so I dont put it on the replacement watch that is coming in about a week...

 

Very frustrating....

Anyone else having this issue

I really like this watch and the Fitbit app....I wish they would fix these issue.

I have a Samsung S9 so I know my phone is up to date

@MsMorningDew, welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa not syncing with your phone. The clock face shouldn't affect the Versa's capability to sync. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
