Hi my Fitbit Versa is showing my steps and syncing to the app, but these stopped updating in the challenges yesterday. So now I look like the lazy one. All my challenges show that people last updated over 12-19 hours ago. I’ve tried syncing and turning the phone //Versa off and on but no joy. Is this as a result to the upgrade of the app ? How do I resolve it ?

Let me help you with your Challenges and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also check that you are in a similar time zone as the creator as this may affect the steps counted for the challenge. Finally sync your device and make sure no logged activities are showing on your account. You can read more about how challenges work here.
