My versa broke and I have gotten a replacement and I’ve just tried to get the bitmoji clock on my new one and it says this clock cannot be installed on this device? Anybody able to help me please

Let me help you with your Versa's clock face. Try changing the clockface to a different one. After this retry using the Bitmoji clock face. Also restart your device by following these instructions.
Remember that you will need a Bitmoji account linked to a Snapchat account. Look for additional instructions here.

Thank you for replying to my query. I actually figured out the versa needed to be updated once I updated it, it then worked perfect. Thanks again

@Janinne1234 thank you for your reply and happy to hear that your issue was resolved by updating your Versa. I thought your Versa's firmware was up to date as you just set it up on your account. Still thank you for sharing this as it may help other members in the same situation.
