My Versa 3 had switched off blank screen no lights on back can’t switch on tried charging it and nothing happened:Any suggestions

Hi @Wanty  - unless your watch has developed a fault it may simply be a charging problem.

 

See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

 

It's worth checking that first.

Thanks for getting back to us @Wanty. I'm sorry to hear your Versa has a blank screen and has no lights on the back. Thank you for letting us know that you have tried charging your device. 

 

Please follow  @Guy_'s advise. Does your tracker vibrate when pressing the button?
