Bluetooth issues with Versa

Hi

 

My replacement Versa has been fab for the past 3 weeks until yesterday.

 

Issues with Bluetooth.

 

I've done everything to rectify the problem.  Uninstalling, disconnecting Bluetooth, everything!  It's taken almost all day to try and fix it.

 

I keep getting, if you see this message, cancel Bluetooth, or turn it on and off.

 

Im feeling really disheartened.

 

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi

Thank you for replying.

I have a Samsung S8.

I have done everything possible, it's pretty much taken up all day.

I've tried countless times to sort this out.

I don't know what to do any more.

Could it be my Bluetooth?

I am having the same issues with my s8 too. I have also done all the uninstalling  restarting etc with no luck. I've always had trouble with the 4 fitbit I have had, this will be my last one for sure. Time to try another brand

Hi, this is my 3rd Fitbit Versa.

 

It did work wonderfully for 3 weeks and now the same old problem.

 

I had the Charge 2 before and no problems at all.

 

It's so time consuming, isn't it, trying to get it to work.

 

Have the Fitbit community given you an clue on how to fix it?

This is taking up so much of my time - installing, uninstalling, syncing, etc.
