Hello @AM43 what type of error do you receive? Was the error "Rejected by Versa"?
A user is not able to pair through bluetooth but needs to do an Add Device through the Fitbit app.

The app needs to locate the tracker. The tracker displays a code that the user puts in the app.
The app then connects the tracker to the users account.
Then if the app needs the tracker paired to the phone, the app will ask for permission to pair the tracker.
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem as the OP, trying to set up a new Versa 2, phone app detects Versa 2 almost immediately, but never connects and I never get the 4 digit number to enter into the app.
