Did a spinning class today and noticed my heart rate, fat/cardio burn were blank lines.. I’ve tried syncing it, turning it on and off, turning the heart rate on and off, the sensor isn’t flashing at all? Any ideas please?

Hi @Alannah07 - seems like there is a fault but first sync and do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
If this doesn't restore the heart sensor [flashing lights[ to working try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they can take you through a factory reset as a last resort, but we aware there are risk with it, it might not work at all afterwards and you will certainly have to set it up again afterwards.
If you go that route, or have to replace it, make a note of any watch face or apps you use from the Fitbit App Gallery tile, and any settings you chose in the watch Settings, it will make it easier to reinstall them.

@Alannah07 - if it's still under warranty and customer support can't help then get it replaced where you bought it.
