Last few months at least I can’t access my face clock settings. I get the same following message. “Hmm, this is taking too long. Diagnose Set Up Issue? I diagnose and no issues are found. I delete and reinstalled app. Disconnected my Fitbit and reconnected. I’ve tried all the basic stuff and nothing works.

HI @GrahamHorgan - it may simply not be syncing well. Try logout of the Fitbit App , clear the Fitbit App storage cache and force stop it [iOS Swipe off the app], restart both phone and watch.
Also a link which might be worth checking if you have a recent phone - No internet connection
