Can't access to the exercise screen on my Versa

When I click the exercise button, the no music loaded, transfer music screen appears. I cannot get the exercise screen. This just started today.

Hi @TML07 - you can normally get to the exercise app by swiping the watch face left.

It is possible to move the apps when you swipe left so that the ones you use most often appear first, so you need only swipe once.

Also in the watch Settings you can customise what the button does.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, please note that you can change which feature activates when you hold the button, by opening the Settings app and tap the Left Button option. The possible shortcuts vary based on your device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
