Can't change iOS app Language

Hello all!
I am trying to change the language on my app but nothing seems to help.
I changed the watch's language to spanish by selecting another country. I searched here and logged in using the desktop and it all shows the correct language but the app still is in english.
My phone's default language is portuguese, unfortunately fitbit doesn't offer this language and spanish would be the most similar to me. Changing my phone to spanish is definitely something that I don't want to do. I am hoping someone can help me figure this issue so my app can be in spanish and not english.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern on how to change your app's language to Spanish. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and for letting me know that your phone's default language is Portuguese. I recommend checking your phone's Settings > General  > Language & Region and making sure that the Spanish language is on the second place before English. In your case the order of the languages should be the following:

 

1. Portuguese

2. Spanish

3. English
