When I go on my phone it shows the Fitbit app and it has the number 1 shown on top right hand corner of it. However when I go into the app there is nothing showing under my notifications or messages. At one time it had the number 3 and I was able to see two notifications and it went back down to 1. I have followed the manual's instructions for clearing all the notifications. Nothing seems to work.

Hi HimankSuiwala, the real accepted solution should be IMO your message 10 of this topic, cause what you write "Try to reset the band by pressing all of buttons at a time till you get fitbit logo..", is called a factory reset and you will not see the Fitbit logo. I assume that you indeed, as in message 10, meant restarting and not a factory reset, cheers

Holding the two side buttons doesn't restart the watch to Restart the not "RESET" the watch is "HOLD ALL THREE BUTTONS FOR 10 SECONDS To RESTART THE WATCH." Resetting the watch the means to format the watch to factory settings restart means to restart like like a computer. Two different meanings. Restart is the word of the day.

I can't mark it as a solution because it didn't work. You have to press " ALL THREE AT THE SAME TIME FOR 10 SECONDS TO RESTART THE WATCH."

I only had to reboot my Versa watch and the notifications cleared out.

Anyone have an answer for this issue with Charge2? I only have one button and there is no “keep alive widget” option so neither fix offered works for me
