Can't pair P20 Pro with Versa

The Huawei P20 Pro is listed as compatible with Fitbit devices however I can't get it to pair successfully. The devices talk to each other, I get the code and enter it but then it doesn't show as a device in the Fitbit app. My Charge 2 pairs with no problems. Help!

Hi, maybe this guide I wrote when the new Firmware version was released and caused a lot of problems. You can use this also now cause when setting up your Versa, you will also get the latest firmware  version. Main difference is that is uses WiFi to setup your Versa instead of BT: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... Hope this helps.
