Hello! I just got a Versa 3 and for whatever reason I cannot access my gallery to manage the apps on my fitbit. All I get is a message stating "Oops, looks like there is no internet connection". I have scoured these forums and done everything under the sun to fix this. I have restarted the app, uninstalled it, set up my versa again, etc. I have internet connection. My phone and my versa say they are connected to the internet. I have a Galaxy 21+. Anyone have any workarounds for this, because at this point its just a fancy watch with apps I will never use on it.

Hi @Sdunn210 - this is generally due to VPN or security see - No internet connection

I have the same issue. The App worked on my IPhone but after installing it on my Samsung A52 I cannot access the gallery. This renders the watch useless. It is a shame especially for such an expensive device and investing money in add-ons that do not work after changing phones.
As usual you only get the standard tech support replies from fitbit which shows me our inquiries are not even being taken seriously. SHAM/E

OK, I found the problem with my versa3. I had to remove my ad blocker and set DNS back k to auto.
Problem solved now.
