Cannot answer calls on veraa 2

I bought the versa 2 on Thursday but it will only allow me to reject calls. Friends of mine with the versa 2 longer than this can answer calls. How can i solve the problem?

Hello @Órla when the call comes in, at least with android phones, you should have the option to reject, answer, or send a quick response. 

How to fix it, I'm not sure.

My thought would be to try setting the Versa 2 up as a replacement device.

Yeah I have  a Samsung so I thought it should work... 

 

I don't get what you mean, the versa is already set in the app?
