My Versa can keep connect with my Galaxy S9+ with Android Pie, I have already turn on "Always Connected" and "All-Day Sync", and also turn on all the permissions on app, keep the Bluetooth on, and turn off the "Power Save Mode".
It is still can't sync Versa apps, keep disconnect after exercise start, actually it is just a colour screen smart-watch-like watch for me, only show me time and nothing can run normally. Within the warranty, I had send back to fitbit and check, it is no any hardware problem, dose anyone work in #fitbit can help?

@sun4sunny Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
I will assist you with your Versa syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Since you are using an Android device make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on (not only Bluetooth). You can find additional suggestions here.
Finally please be aware that Android users are having issues syncing with Android 9 (Pie), you can check this thread to keep up to date with this.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the solution, it works, now I can smoothly record a sport, and step record, HR are always up-to-date, but one thing, the Clock Faces app doesn't work very well, it alway told me I am disconnect to phone, but I am when I am not at the Clock Faces, it show "Sync in a moment ago", and the music control is keep working (bluetooth is keep connecting), and I guess it is only the Clock Faces part has a big connection problem, would you please help to fix it?

@sun4sunny Thank you for getting back! Regarding the Clock Faces area, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please provide a screenshot of the page that shows the "Sync in a moment ago" message.
Looking forward to your response!

Now everything is alright except the Clock Faces, it is also happen when my bluetooth is keep connect to my Versa for control my music player (this is why I am so sure my Versa is stay connect with my phone), seems like the Clock Faces is a separate app, not a part from Fitbit app... it's weird
this pic is hard to capture because it flash away in less then a second
