I have 2 bands that are easy and broke one of the pins with a silicone band. Ordered another from a different seller on Amazon and.....yep you guessed it. I can't get this band in either! 😕
Best AnswerI have a few bands that I can now change without much problem but I have a few that the pins will not go in and therefore can’t use. This is frustrating. In my opinion biggest flaw of the Versa

Best AnswerThe button on my pin popped today. I have only had this Versa for 3 months and now my battery has started to only charge to 95%. Nice watch style poor execution, very poor product.
Best AnswerHave you contacted Fit Bit support?
They are very good about helps with any problem you have. I’ve had questions on mine and they were very helpful. They did listen to me with changing of bands and referred me to this site to get advise from others.
Your Versa may still be under warranty so definitely contact them
Good luck

Best AnswerAfter about 4 hours of trying and breaking my nails, I finally figured it out. You need to hold the strap at almost 90 degrees to the Fitbit. The band is not supposed to lay flat or flush but curved. I couldn't get the straps on the first 50 times because I kept trying to insert the straps at 45 degrees. Insert the pin at almost 90 degrees and tada!

Best AnswerI had a horrible time changing bands too but found out it's all in the angle of the strap. You have to hold the band almost at a 90 degree angle from the watch and it will pop in. Once the strap is popped in, it will not lay flat, but that is the way it's supposed to be. Hope that helps
Best AnswerI have been having better luck changing the bands. Learned I need to be patient
Best AnswerWith time & patience I have had better luck changing the bands
Best AnswerI bought my bands from Amazon so not too expensive. I did get a leather one which is impossible to change
Best AnswerI agree. I struggled so much. My Blaze was a piece of cake to change but Versa is opposite

Best AnswerJust got a replacement Versa & had to put my band from my old versa on it. Struggled at first then read some community tips. Someone suggested a hair clip. I found a Bobby pin did the trick. Also watched video & realized I was pressing down instead of towards the middle. Once I used the bobby pin & pushed it the right way it came off & on easily.
