My battery went dead. I’ve tried to charge it. It keeps showing in red a dead battery with an exclamation mark over it. Occasionally it will go into startup mode and go to a normal screen. It will show it’s charging but the charging percentage wont go up. Then it will go completely blank. Bottom line, it wi will not take a charge!!
