for some reason i was chatting yesterday and suddenly gets disconnected??? been trying to reach out to support for past 2 days but no help, tried different browsers, cleared cookies and what not, same **ahem** error every time

Hi @SunsetRunner  -  did you try from Fitbit App on the phone?

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
