What would be the best option out of the exercises to track a workout that switches between walking, jogging, and running?
An example of this is:
- 5 minutes of walk
- jog 90 sec then walk
- jog 2.5 minutes then walk
- jog 90 sec then walk
- Jog 5 min
- Run 2.5 mins & walk 2.5 mins
5 times
- 5 mins walk

@LindseyTucker I have something similar as I am trying couch to 5K. 😄 I use regular treadmill or run workouts. If you see a big differences in your HR (cardio-peak-cardio-peak etc), you can try HIIT as well. 😄
