I purchased a owl clock face. On my phone it selects and loads but on fitbit it shows a square code. What do I do?

Clock faces do not work if you don't meet all the requirements needed for a specific clock face. You can read on the article (Link below), the requirements for the Versa that you have to meet (under the NOTE Section)
