Connect Bitmoji via Snapchat message

I successfully connected bitmoji to fit bit but on my versa says to visit the clock face settings on my phone to connect bitmoji via Snapchat, which I already did. It has displayed this message since last night. Any suggestions?

Hi, restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. The error message is probably the result of the problems  Fitbit services suffered from yesterday evening/night.

Hi All, since restarting did not solve the problem, you probably have installed the clock face while Fitbit Services were facing problems. My suggestion therefore would be:

1. Deinstall Bitmoji and install a Clock Face developed by Fitbit itself

2. After that restart your Versa

3. Reinstall Bitmoji Clock Face again.

Hope this helps.

Mine was doing that until I uninstalled the Fitbit app. Once I re-installed it worked perfectly! Longer than the 5 mins, but worked as described 🙂

  • Bitmoji is created by Fitbit.

I have been trying for 2 days to get this clock face to work. I'm done. Snapchat and Bitmoji are linked. Fitbit shows as being connected to Snapchat in the Snapchat acct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit, Snapchat and Bitmoji multiple times. I have cleared the cache and data of each. I have charged the Fitbit. I have turned it off. I have restarted the Fitbit by pressing the 2 lower buttons repeatedly. I have done everything, inclusing getting a snapchat acct in the 1st place, which I didn't want to do. This is ridiculous and annoying. I am done trying to upload this clock. Fitbit could have done better. These watches are too expensive to not work correctly.

I've been trying since yesterday as well. I'm being instructed to visit clock face settings to connect bitmoji via snapchat.  I've tried all the posted suggestions.  Part of me wants to give up, but I Really want this, lol.

So sorry you’re having issues. 😞

i put mine on yesterday and I’ve gotta say. It really is fun. When you sleep. She sleeps. When you run. She runs. I think it’s adorable! Don’t give up. I think it’s worth it. 🙂

sorry no tips on how to install. I just followed the instructions and did not have a problem.

I tried again as well. Re-doing all the apps, charging Versa, turning it
off. Can't get pass the screen on the watch telling me to go to the clock
in the app. But it will change screen color if I change it in the app.
That's as far as I ever get.

I discovered that my preferred browser (Dashlane browser) was blocking the final stage of installation. After linking to snapchat (already had linked it to butmoji), I copied and pasted the web address that dashlane was blocking into the Google browser on my phone. Then it returned me to the Fitbit app. The synchronizing is quite slow and seems to use more versa battery, but it now works. Not sure that I like it, after all that!

Doing what someone else suggested finally worked! When you are in settings
and are directed to click on snapchat connect, copy the URL and paste into
a different web browser. That worked immediatelt for me! Got my clockface!
FINALLY!

Mine did the same thing, but this is how I got it to work. First I went to the Bitmoji app and made sure I was signed into snapchat, then I went and signed into snapchat on the fitbit app. I did this a couple of times, and finally my Bitmoji showed up. It is so cool. Thanks Fitbit for adding this feature!

Is there maybe an issue with the Versa Lite receiving the bitmoji vs. the Versa?  My spouse has the same phone (Samsung Galaxy 9s) and the regular Versa. The bitmoji clock face works fine.  I have the Versa Lite, and despite trying all of the fixes, it's still sitting at 2% downloaded.  It's very frustrating. Would love to use it.
