Hi can anyone help me to get my JLAB headphones to connect to my verse it keeps saying no device found

@cazz59 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with connecting your headphones with your Versa. If you are having difficulties then make sure you remove your headphones from your phone (go to the bluetooth settings area then remove them there). After this restart your Versa and retry pairing both.
